4theRegion are the new Centre for Regional Engagement for South West Wales. They are a team of likeminded individuals, businesses and organisations who are passionate about the future of South West Wales and keen to play their part. Their third annual Conference and Exhibition was held at Swansea’s LC leisure centre with over 900 guests in attendence and 200 local business exhibition stands . Throughout the day, over 20 changemakers, investors and entrepreneurs were on hand to impart their wisdom ontothe guests, with informative and inclusive talks based on their experiences of working in Swansea. Also on hand were Swansea council leaders and representatives of the companies responsible for the £100m regeneration of Swansea city centre.

Total Sound Solutions were charged with turning a sports hall into a venue suitable for such an event. We set up a full stage with our 1 foot projector screen, with the area draped off to turn this space into an intimate conference facility. A full P.A. and lighting package were also set up to compliment the occasion. It was a fantastic success and we are already plann

ing for 2020.
