The annual Ospreys awards evening was held at the Liberty stadium on Monday 8th of May. We were pleased to be selected to provide sound, lighting, staging including a wheelchair ramp, AV and camera work for this event. After meeting with the client, we designed the layout of the room to ensure that there was equality of sound throughout the venue, as well as providing the right AV equipment to ensure that all presentations and live footage were clearly view-able to all present. Our camera man also captured the event live and streamed it to each of the screens provided. Our lighting was a mixture of spotlight, stage lighting and mood uplighting throughout the room. Our 14 x 8 screen was used on stage to show the full awards presentations as well as video content throughout the night.
