TSS were honoured to be asked to assist with the visit of Hillary Clinton to lay the foundation stone for the new Law building at Swansea Bay University. We were asked to provide equipment, crew and engineering/lighting staff to cover 5 different arenas on the day.

Main domes: The University had two inflatable domes on site for seminars and live feeds, with the largest dome measuring 55 meters x 25 meters. We set up temporary power, a full sound system, three p3 5m x 3.5m screens, all lighting required as well as engineering on the day.

Bandstand: Set up a PA for live performances throughout the day

The Core: Transformed this dining area into a fine dining room with the help of draping and lighting whilst also providing a full PA system for performances ranging from live bands, spoken word artists and soloists.

The Great hall: Provided and set up the staging for the orchestra as well as the camera platforms for the world’s media.
